Emulco Choc Cake

EMULCO CHOC CAKE

A)
8 oz flour
2 oz cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
1 teaspoon baking powder

sift A 2-3 times

B)
3/4 bar butter
12 oz castor sugar

mix B until fluffy

1 teaspoon Emulco
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/4 cup chilled water

add in Emulco into B. beat in eggs one by one. mix in vanilla essence. mix well.

add in sifted A, mix together with chilled water.

bake at 180C until well cooked.

Choc topping : 1/2 bar cooking choc, 7 tablespoon milk, 1 tablespoon butter. Double boiled.
*I'm still looking for a better choc topping secret recipes. Glossy and wet,easy to make.
